Our Mission

We work with student athletes to develop their strengths, help them succeed on and off the basketball court. Teamwork, effort, consistency and handling adversity are what we teach in our practices, skills trainings and games. Success in our program is measured in the classroom and on the court. We routinely check our players' grades and require a minimum GPA as a prerequisite for playtime on game day. Most of our players aspire to play in high school and college so we focus on helping them become successful student athletes.

Our coaches have decades of combined experience coaching at the High School and elite AAU levels.  Our teams compete against the best talent on the West Coast. We know basketball and what it takes to prepare for success at the next level. Come check us out and see how we're different. Contact us if you have any questions about our program or are interested in joining our family.

Lamar Winston

Program Director / Coach

His aim is to help reduce gang participation, increase GPAs and improve high school and college graduation rates for inner city youth while teaching the necessary life skills to lead productive lives. The ultimate goal for any ICB member is to gain the skills and exposure required to earn a college scholarship.
